1. 大学建筑或室内设计等相关专业学历，可以是应届毕业生，良好的手绘和空间表达能力。
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior;graduates ; good hand sketching skills.
2. 熟练掌握常用软件AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP等；具备完成大型项目的完整施工图文档的能力。
Be proficient in using AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP and other relevant softwares; be able to create construction drawings for large scale projects.
3. 英语能力较好者优先。
English skill is a preference.
